Join our weekly high-energy Cardio Tennis sessions—an exciting group workout that blends fast-paced tennis drills and fun games with heart-pumping cardio. It’s the perfect way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy tennis in a dynamic fitness setting. Open to adults of all skill levels, from total beginners to experienced players—no prior tennis experience needed! Classes run weekly from February through October, so grab a racquet and make fitness feel like play. 🎾💪
WHAT TO BRING
A tennis racket. Loan rackets are available if needed. A bottle of water.
WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and suitable sports shoes. While sports skirts are acceptable, general skirts are not recommended. We advise dressing in layers that can be easily removed as you warm up during the session. On sunny days, a cap and sunscreen are highly recommended.
