How is the gift card delivered?
By email. As soon as you've paid, we email the recipient their gift card code with your message, and send you a receipt.
How much can I put on a gift card?
Gift cards come in £25, £50 or £100.
How long is it valid for?
The code must be redeemed within 90 days of the day you buy it. Once it's redeemed, they have 365 days to spend the credit.
What can it be spent on?
Any JW Tennis class that can be booked on our website, for adults or juniors, at any of our venues. It can't be used for private lessons.
How does the recipient use it?
They sign in to their JW Tennis account, or create one for free, and enter the code under Profile, then Credit. The full amount is added to their account credit and comes off their next booking automatically.
Can it be used across several bookings?
Yes. Whatever isn't spent stays on their account for next time, until it expires. If a class costs more than their credit, they pay the rest by card.
What if they cancel a class paid for with credit?
If they cancel more than 48 hours before the first class, the credit goes back to their account with its original expiry date.
Can I buy one for myself?
Yes. Just enter your own email address as the recipient's.
Can I choose the day it's sent?
Not yet: it's sent as soon as you pay. To give it on the day, send it to yourself and forward the email, or print it out.
Do I need an account to buy one?
Yes. Sign in or create a free account first, so we can send you a receipt and help if anything goes wrong.
What if the email doesn't arrive?
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, contact us and we'll send it again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying it, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed: just contact us. After that, gift cards and credit can't be exchanged for cash.
